After attending a strategic management course, Mr. Daniel Liang refined Kaihua’s goal-decomposition and execution system, making strategic plans clearer and implementation more efficient—significantly enhancing the company’s overall management performance.
Kaihua has also established a continuous learning mechanism through quarterly Reading & Growth Meetings and Review Workshops.
Department heads combine insights from books with real operational challenges to optimize workflows and improve management methods.
For instance, the Manufacturing Center achieved a 15% increase in processing efficiency after review-based adjustments, while the Sales Division realized notable performance growth after refining its customer management strategy.
This ongoing learning ecosystem has strengthened the team’s collective learning capability and fueled continuous innovation across the organization.
Inspired by Action Education’s learning philosophy, Kaihua—together with the Taiwan Institute of Science and Technology—jointly established the Kaihua Mould Industry Academy, further enhancing its talent development system.
The curriculum has evolved from single-skill training to a “Technology + Management” dual-track program, where technical experts from Kaihua actively participate in on-campus teaching, integrating academic learning with industrial practice.
So far, this model has cultivated over 200 highly skilled professionals, providing a strong talent foundation to support Kaihua’s sustainable growth and leadership in the global injection mold manufacturing industry
