As the end of the year approaches, the students who have interned at Kaihua for six months have gained a lot. In order to help everyone better understand the job responsibilities of each position in the company and clarify their future plans, the Human Resources Department organized this “Senior Sharing Session”.
On the afternoon of January 11th, more than 20 interns from Taizhou Science and Technology Vocational College and Zhejiang Industry and Trade Vocational and Technical College participated in an experience sharing session in the multimedia room of the first floor exhibition hall of Kaihua Mold Industry College. Qiu Ziyan, the dean of Kaihua Mold Industry College, encourages students to be diligent, down-to-earth, work seriously, and learn more while they are young.
Senior Xu Dongdong shared his growth experience at Kaihua, from initial lack of confidence to later full confidence and high recognition from customers. He personally experienced the charm of the mold industry and Kaihua’s strength as an international large company. Senior Jin Fanfeng, as the representative of the project position, shared the importance of project engineers and his own growth process, emphasizing the importance of professional quality and service awareness, and proudly mentioned his participation in mold manufacturing for the launch of new cars by car companies. Senior Wang Qianhao, on behalf of the technical post, shared his growth process from apprentice to engineer, and simply suggested drawing more and practicing more.
